A 6 year old Caol Ila from independant bottler Murray McDavid. Matured in refill bourbon hogsheads then finished in first-fill Limousin Cognac casks for a further 12 months. One of 1694 bottles. Natural colour and non chill filtered.

Hickory smoke, apple peel, coastal.

Palate
Oily, sweet peat, ginger and apple.

Finish
Salted caramel, clean and fresh.
