Carn Mor Glentauchers 2011

Glentauchers’ make has always gone into blends meaning that you can only get your hands on this Speyside single malt through independent bottlings. This whisky has been matured for 11 years in Amontillado Sherry casks and is bottled at natural colour and non chill-filtered.

Crushed amaretti biscuits and mascarpone over stewed apricots.
