With just 1,200 residents, Rothes is also home to four distilleries who produce a combined 18 million litres of Scotch whisky! This fruity single malt is from Glen Spey, the smallest and least known in the area. We have nurtured this overlooked spirit for its final three years in an outstanding Pedro Ximénez Sherry hogshead.

This rounded Speyside malt has been produced from a long fermentation, producing an oily and nutty style. The combination of this rich spirit with authentic Sherry oak has produced an indulgent style of whisky to sip amongst the beautiful arrival of autumn.
