The Isle of Raasay Single Malt, is Lightly Peated, and Balanced with Rich Dark Fruit Flavours.
Matured in six signature casks as part of our unique six-part maturation.

Peated and unpeated Isle of Raasay spirit are matured separately in first fill Rye Whiskey, Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. A first of this cask combination in Scotch whisky history.

Aromatic smoke – cherry, apricot, blackcurrant – black pepper and cinnamon – crystalised ginger, sandalwood, vanilla and butterscotch – and a hint of saltiness.

Every drop distilled, matured and bottled on the island at 46.4% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
