North British 2008 Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory Vintage)

Nestled in the heart of Edinburgh in the Gorgie area, the North British Distillery is a prominent grain distillery jointly owned by Diageo and the Edrington Group, producing grain whisky primarily for some of the world’s most famous blends. The spirit produced at North British has a robust and sweet style, often featuring notes of butterscotch and caramel that can be compared to a rich Lowland malt.

This whisky was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026. Matured in a mixture of first-fill Sherry Hogsheads and Refill Bourbon barrels.

Presented at natural colour and non-chill filtered.
