This 35-year-old single grain whisky distilled at the silent Port Dundas distillery is reminiscent of a stroll through 1990s Glasgow on a warm afternoon. This bottling has been matured fully in refill bourbon barrels. On the nose, rich butterscotch and vanilla with hints of custard tart and coconut. On the palate, layers of crème brûlée and ripe apricot. The finish? Warm, nostalgic, and softly sweet — an ode to Glasgow’s enduring spirit. Bottled at a robust 50.5% ABV.
