Thompson Bros Teithmill 2014 11 Year Old

This Teithmill was produced at Deanston distillery and aged in a refill hogshead, keeping all of those waxy and cereal notes. Expect nougat, demerara sugar, buttery shortbread and green peppers, complemented by a rich and weighty distillate.

It was bottled by Thompson Bros. at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.

NOSE
Bright and weighty distillate character, marshmallow and nougat. Demerara sugar and col fondo prosecco

PALATE
Cookie dough, more nougat and biscuity shortbread notes, then leaning into subtle notes of jalapeño with nettles and green peppers, lime tree leaves

FINISH
A delicate lingering spice. The thickness of the spirit makes the finish last a good while. A very enjoyable sensory experience.
