This first bottling marks the beginning of Aberargie’s spirit coming to maturity — crafted with patience, intention, and an uncompromising respect for tradition. Distilled, matured, and bottled under one roof at Aberargie Distillery, this limited release captures both the character of our place and the considered choices that define our style.

The DNA of Aberargie can be distilled down to four key pillars. Golden Promise Heritage Barely, Laurette Barley, First Fill Bourbon Casks & First Fill Sherry Casks. These pillars make up Aberargie Inaugural release with percentages of each outlined on the back label.

Baked Apples and golden pastry, balanced by sultanas and prunes, and finishing with a lingering herbal note.
