Allt A Bhaine 14 – Fib Whisky Permutations Series 1

Tasting notes from Fib Whisky.

This begins with a little bit of fruit, maybe apple, followed by a little bit of spice, and then some delightful white chocolate. There is a slight woody spice to the centre palate, with surprising creaminess following and some concentrated juices. The finish is surprisingly long, with all the sweetness, vanilla and cream of a whisky cream liqueur (Baileys, Arran Gold, etc.).
