This limited edition SINGLE CASK release was matured in specially sourced Polish Oak.Polish Oak has long been known for being a great oak for whisky maturation, due to the strength and thickness of the wood, and the depth and character is brings to the flavours.

Limited to 264 bottles.

Aromas: Seville orange aromas intertwine with festive spices, raspberry and soft smoke.

Palate: Sweet stewed raisin and milk chocolate flavours are balanced by a hint of aniseed.

Finish: Full and long finish with forest fruits and bonfire embers

ABV 59.1%
