This limited edition SINGLE CASK release was matured in specially sourced Polish Oak. Polish Oak has long been known for beinga great oak for whisky maturation, due to the strength and thickness of the wood, and the depth and character is brings to the flavours.

Limited edition of 263 bottles.

Aromas: Rich stewed fruit aromas intertwine with citrus zest, cocoa powder and soft smoke.

Palate: Sweet forest fruit and toffee flavours complement subtle baked apple.

Finish: Full and long finish with blueberry and bonfire embers.
