The Craft Gin Club’s take on a perfect serve:
Ingredients:
50ml Downpour Coast & Croft Gin
200ml Sanpellegrino Citrus Tonic
Grapefruit and coriander or allspice, to garnish
Method:
Add gin and tonic to a large Copa glass with ice. Stir and garnish to serve.
