Sloe berries and Uist brambles are added to our Downpour Scottish Dry Gin, and aged in bourbon casks, to create a complex rich fruity flavour.

Suggested Serve

Ingredients:
60ml Downpour Sloe & Bramble Gin
20ml Lemon
15ml Sugar Syrup
4-5 Raspberries
1 Strawberry
Mint

Method:
Shake all of the ingredients (including the fresh berries) along with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with Tonic (if required).
