This is the first ever age statement whisky from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, the first set in our aged single cask collection – ‘Na Sia Single Cask Series: Through The Ages’

Bordeaux Red Wine – UNPEATED – 5 Years Young

Stained red on the outside, these high quality ex-Bordeaux red wine casks are delivered fresh to the island from the château in South West France. In the first few months of maturation, our spirit develops a pink hue in these casks (which turns into a deeper, darker red).
Bold flavours and fruity notes develop in the spirit including dried fruits, sultana, grape, Christmas cake and bread pudding.
Natural cask strength, non-chill filtered, natural colour.

Flavour Profile:
savoury spice, cinnamon, cherries, black grapes, sandalwood, a hint of saltiness.
