This rare and exceptional release marks a unique collaboration between Isle of Raasay Distillery and Arbikie Distillery. Exclusively available in the UK and limited to just 4,000 bottles nationwide.
Crafted from Raasay’s spirit and distilled using unpeated Concerto barley grown on the Arbikie Highland Estate, the whisky is matured in Ex-Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey casks. The result is a bold divergence from Raasay’s signature style, showcasing a distinct and interesting flavour profile.

NOSE
Bright, green apple, caramel, banana, spice, creamy, candied plum, vanilla, raisin.

PALATE
Black pepper, stewed fruits, ginger bread, brown sugar.

FINISH
Pine sap, mint, dark chocolate.
