LBD Spirits Ardmore 2009 PX cask finish (50cl)

The first of two new single casks from LBD Spirits, is an Ardmore.
Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022, this Ardmore was finished for one year in an ex-bodega Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.

LBD Founders – Andrew and Chris – are huge rally fans, and had both said that if they were to bottle a cask at 55.5, then it should be a tribute to Colin McRae’s car. McRae’s Subaru donned the number 555 as a nod to the team’s key sponsor, and the LBD Ardmore label is inspired by this championship winning Impreza. As well as having a gold cap, for the signature gold wheels.

Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
One of only 285 bottles.
