This particular release is drawn from our solera system, a method traditionally used in sherry production, which we’ve adapted for whisky. The solera system involves a series of casks where new whisky is periodically added, and the blend is drawn off for bottling. This continuous process allows us to create a whisky that is rich in character, with layers of flavours that have developed over time. It’s a dynamic system that ensures consistency and depth, making each sip a journey through the evolving history of our blend.
