North Star series 026 Secret Island single malt

A secret Island distillery. No Viking gimmicks needed to sell this steller 13 year old single malt ( hint hint). Distilled in May 2012 and bottled by North Star Spirits In June 2025. Matured for 13 years in a refill hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength.

Heathery soft peat and banoffee pie

PALATE
Caramelised apples on a bbq with cinnamon grahams.

FINISH
Cinnamon funky fruit continues.
