Teaninich 2008 Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory Vintage)

Teaninich Distillery is Diageo’s third largest distillery. Situated up near the Cromarty Firth, it was the only distillery in Scotland to use a mash filter – as opposed to a mash tun – until Inchdairnie Distillery was built. The mash filter allows Teaninich to produce a clear wort, which in turn produces a much less cereal forward spirit.

This whisky was distilled on 09/10/2008 and bottled on 23/11/2021. Matured in hogsheads, cask #715728 and #715734.

Presented at natural colour and non-chill filtered.
