Created using exceptional quality Old Forester Bourbon, Rejuvenated Wine Barriques and our signature Thiron Virgin Oak casks, the formulation behind Thiron 2025 has been
meticulously refined to create a dram with depth and character.

In comparison to the inaugural release in 2024, Thiron 2025 has a stronger influence from the Virgin Oak casks, with more mature casks being added to contribute to the beautifully unique
profile.

Tasting Notes.
On the nose, succulent dates and rich berry jam greet you, intertwined with toasted hazelnuts and a delicate dusting of sweet cinnamon,
inviting a moment of anticipation.

The palate is silky and indulgent, revealing layers of mellow vanilla ice cream drizzled with golden syrup, fresh raspberries, and flaky pastry, all enlivened
by vibrant spices. Roasted hazelnuts and subtle woody notes from the Thiron oak weave through, creating a perfectly balanced and deeply
rewarding experience.

The finish is long and elegant, with sweet spice and nutty warmth leaving a lasting impression.
