Tasting Notes from Fib Whisky.

Expect a smoky, lightly charred core that blends beautifully with the darker berries of red wine. The fruit is fresh, juicy and intense, mainly ripe bramble, with a hint of darker chocolate and spice – cinnamon and nutmeg – towards the finish. There is also something towards the centre like a little bit of really well integrated black liquorice that rather than competing really complements the whole. A rich, juicy, wine-led peat sensation.
