Ardnamurchan AD/Sherry Cask Release

This is Ardnamurchan’s first ever 100% sherry cask matured vatting.
A rich, decadent combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez matured whiskies, from 10 peated Sherry Butts and 15 unpeated Sherry Hogsheads.
Bottled at a strength of 50% ABV- The result; a classy texture, and full of flavour.
Non-chill filtered, and natural colour. Only 13,998 bottles produced worldwide.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.

Palate
Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.

Finish
Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.
