Auchentoshan 25 – Fib Whisky Permutations Series 1

Tasting notes from Fib Whisky.

The palate is rich and smooth, although still quite light – orange oils, a hint of marmalade towards the finish, some caramelisation, incredibly high quality milk chocolate. There is a pleasant slightly mentholic herbal note edging the dram and particularly towards the finish, slightly like a nice hint of infused fresh thyme. The finish is long and fresh with mentholic honey.
