Ballechin 2011 SFTC 58.4%

Single cask Ballechin is whisky produced at one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries, Edradour in Pitlochry. It’s a peated single malt, and this spirit was distilled in 2011, rested in an Oloroso sherry cask for 12 years and has been bottled with no added colour or chill-filtration as part of the Straight From The Cask Series. Definately one for those that enjoy a heavily peated highland style of single malt.
