Carn Mor Whitlaw 2013 (Distilled at Highland Park)
This Whitlaw 2013 has been maturing for 10 years in Oloroso Sherry, creating a beautifully fragrant smoke, found on this island, balanced with that typical sherry influence of dark chocolate and orange peel. As with all Carn Mor bottlings this is presented at natural colour with no chill-filtration.
