Girvan 26 year old – Fib Whisky Permutations Series 2

Distilled at Girvan Distillery on 21st August 1997 and bottled on 22nd January 2024 by Fib Whisky. Matured in a single bourbon hogshead for over 25 years, before being finished for a little over 9 months in an ex-Islay Peated PX Sherry Cask. Non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Official Tasting Notes:

Freshly peated barley entices the nostrils. The sweet smoke doesn’t overpower the buttery biscuit base notes. The flavours of tablet and shortbread are just as prevalent as the smokey, dried sultana tones.

One of only 140 bottles produced, individually numbered.
