Glentauchers 15 year old Murray McDavid Benchmark

Glentauchers 15 year old from Murray McDavid Benchmark range. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 and limited to 464 bottles. This Glentauchers was matured for 10 years in ex bourbon then transferred to a first fill Brandy Puncheon for a further 5 years. Bottled at cask strength with no colour or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes.

Nose.
Lemon drops, waxy fruits, baked apple.

Palate.
Mellow cigar, stem ginger, toasty malt.

Finish.
Oak spice, savoury, green apple skin.
