The single cask yielded only 400 bottles (50cl), is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and natural colour.

Nose
pancakes and maple syrup with a side of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

Palate
lemon, juniper and gingerbread.

Finish
delayed action, maple syrup arrives right at the end, very long finish.
