Firstly, high quality sugar cane molasses are fermented for up to a week, to ensure a genuinely rich depth of flavour.
Following fermentation, the liquid is then batch-distilled in our bespoke handmade copper stills, before the spirit is rested and reduced in alcoholic volume.
