Living Souls Ninety Nine & One Blended Scotch

Ninety Nine & One, the latest release from independant bottler Living Souls.

The end product of an unlikely accident when an 18yo heavily peated Island malt (think Isle of Mull) that spent 16years in bourbon casks before a 2year finish in sherry casks, was mixed with a smidge of 3 year old single grain. The ratio being approx 99% to 1% with the single malt equating the 99%.

A phenomenal “3yo” blended Scotch, with an equally phenomenal price to match. All natural colour with no chill-filtration.
