Old Perth Manzanilla Limited Edition

The team at Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers are delighted to introduce the latest release from their annual series of limited Editions of their Old Perth range: Old Perth Manzanilla.

As with all of the Old Perth range, this whisky is fully matured in sherry casks.
Manzanilla is a dry white wine (sherry), aged for at least two years under a layer of Flor yeast. Manzanilla can only be produced and matured around Sanlucar De Barrameda.

This limited edition is a vatting of 11 handpicked Manzanilla casks – 6 hogsheads and 5 butts.
Non-chill filtered, No added colour, and Limited to 4,200 bottles.

PALATE
Bursting with crisp orchard fruits and layered with honeyed amaretti biscuits.
