Palo Cortado is an intermediate type of sherry and probably the most ambiguous of all, showcasing a complex bouquet of aroma. These Palo Cortado Hogsheads were carefully selected to show the delicate nature of the wine. Palo Cortado is a wine of great complexity which combines the delicate bouquet of an Amontillado with the body and palate of an Oloroso.
