Project #173 Black Cherry Rum

The Project #173 range brings you rum with serious flavour!
Specifically for this expression, the quality core of rum has teamed up with black cherry to create a full-flavoured spirit bursting with tangy, vibrant fruit notes. It’s naturally flavoured to bring across authentic cherry elements, so expect a drink that will most certainly do very well with cola, as well as being more than suitable for sipping over ice or in a cocktail.
Plus, the bottle itself is rather neat too, featuring a flake of 23 karat gold leaf!

Nose
Blackcurrant, cough drops, a little pinch of cinnamon, marzipan, mango, a waft of spring blossom.

Palate
Cherry Bakewell, brown sugar, festive spices, a smidge of vanilla pod earthiness building, amaretti biscuits.

Finish
Softly tannic, with ripe cherry and spiced fruit compote notes.

ABV 42%.
