Distilled at Girvan Distillery on 21st August 1997 and bottled on 19th April 2023 by Fib Whisky. Matured in a single bourbon hogshead for over 25 years. Non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Official Tasting Notes:

The nose offers delicate fruity feints, almost like you’re standing in the still room. On the front of the palate there’s sweet Scottish tablet – followed by creamy buttery notes – finishing with a sweet and gentle char.

One of only 107 bottles produced, individually numbered.

The rest we have re-racked into something special, a variety of different casks for each release. You’ll be seeing this super limited whisky again in another form a little way down the line.
