Isle of Bute Island Gin

This quaint Scottish island provides the inspiration for our small batch gins. Crafted in the heart of Rothesay using a traditional copper still. This is a herbaceous and fruity gin that lends itself to life on the Scottish isles. Serve over ice with naturally light tonic, and garnish with either mint, fresh basil, rosemary or ginger and lime.
