Our latest Limited Edition Old Perth – Old Perth Bodega, a rich and evocative whisky matured in a combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Palo Cortado sherry casks – including liquid from Old Perth’s unique 70 year Old Solera casks!

Crafted in homage to the traditional sherry bodegas of Spain, this release delivers a deeply layered profile where spiced oak, treacle, orange zest and dark fruits meet with silky sweetness and refined nuttiness, offering a truly distinctive dram for lovers of sherried whisky.
This limited release is non-chill filtered, natural colour, and bottled at a robust strength of 52.4% to preserve its full character.

NOSE
Spiced oak, bright orange zest, rich treacle, and dark fruits.

PALATE
Chewy treacle tarts with almond, hazelnuts and a hint of cinnamon.

52.4% ABV.
