Scots Pine Gin is a beautifully aromatic spirit, with strong juniper and pine notes on the nose. This local gin takes its inspiration from Tentsmuir Forest on the coast near Tayport. The pine needles are foraged by hand from the forests of Scotland, giving the gin a truly local and authentic character.
