The wait is over. The final ever batch of our TB/BSW is officially live and available now.

While legally carrying a 9-year age statement, a substantial portion of this final 6,000-bottle run is actually 15-year-old whisky from a legendary Speyside distillery.

Non-chill filtered with no added colour.

NOSE
Instantly nostalgic, close to the old official 10-year-old bottling from the late 1990s… This batch is noticeably more plum-forward than its predecessors. The oak is exceptionally soft and rounded, quickly unfolding into a luxurious spread of Cointreau, plump sultanas, orange rinds, and rich date pudding. There is a gorgeous bakery note too – think of an orange and almond cake that’s been left in the oven just long enough to get a characterful burnt bottom – all lifted by a bright squeeze of fresh grapefruit.

PALATE
Passionfruit coulis, custard tart, white grape juiceWonderfully juicy with a strikingly heavy texture driven by lots of natural resins and oils. It coats the mouth with almond oil and rich marzipan before diving into deep, sticky Medjool dates and a brilliant note of dried orange slices dipped in dark chocolate. A sophisticated undercurrent of funky aged rum develops, framed by elegant, warming hints of cinnamon and star anise.

FINISH
Long, rich, and deeply satisfying. A gentle kiss of oak char grounds the dram, fading slowly alongside a subtle, sophisticated dusting of dry baking spices – cloves, nutmeg, and mace – all resting on a lingering base of dark Muscovado sugar.
